【Abstract】 The expressions of EGF、FGF、TGF-β in early stage after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were investigated.The results showed that the expressions of EGF、FGF、TGF-β were strong within 6 weeks in fibroblasts and endothelia. These results indicated that the growth factors may play critical roles in control of cell differentiation, growth and proliferation in early stage after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.更多还原
