大鼠运动性低血睾酮与肾阳虚模型骨骼肌α-actin基因表达的比较研究

【摘要】 为探讨运动性低血睾酮与肾阳虚对骨骼肌α-actin基因表达的影响是否相同,以长期大强度、较长时间游泳造成运动性低血睾酮,以0.5%腺嘌呤喂饲大鼠造成肾阳虚,并就两种状态下大鼠骨骼肌α-actin基因的表达进行了探讨。结果表明:两种状态均出现血清睾酮浓度的下降,肾阳虚状态下的下降幅度远较运动性低血睾酮明显,运动性低血睾酮大鼠骨骼肌α-actin基因表达与正常相比差异不大,而肾阳虚大鼠该基因表达则明显受抑。基于这些结果,可以认为两种状态在性腺轴功能紊乱方面存在一定的相同之处,但程度不同;肾阳虚通过抑制骨骼肌收缩蛋白基因表达可能影响大鼠骨骼肌的功能,运动性低血睾酮大鼠骨骼肌则未出现这种变化。可以推论:运动性低血睾酮是与本研究采用的肾阳虚模型差异很大的状态,在用治疗肾阳虚中药纠正运动性低血睾酮时应该慎用。

【Abstract】 The change of the expression of a - actin gene expression in exercise - induced lower serum testosterone (EILST) and kidney- yang deficiency (KYD) model of rat were studied. The serum testosterone concentrations lowered in both EILST and KYD rats, but it was much lower in KYD than in EILST rats. The a- actin gene expression in quadriceps was almost normal in EILST rats, but was suppressed remarkably in KYD rats. These results imply that there are some similarities between the gondola function disturbance in EILST and KYD rats, but their levels are different. Because of the a - actin gene expression suppression, the skeletal muscle function in KYD rats is affected, but not in EILST rats. So it is reasonable to consider that EILST is much different from KYD. EILST is not a normal state, and may affect the body function. Therefore, it must be careful to rectify EILST with the traditional Chinese medicine for KYD treatment.
