【摘要】 为使膝关节前交叉韧带重建手术定位准确、固定牢固以及术后早期功能康复 ,同时减少手术创伤 ,本所于1997年 10月开展膝关节镜下挤压螺钉固定骨 -腱 (中 1/ 3 ) -骨自体移植重建前交叉韧带的新技术 ,至 1998年 3月共治疗 2 4例患者 ,随访 1年至 1年 5个月 (平均 1年 4个月 ) ,取得良好效果。结果表明该手术方法创伤小 ,骨道定位准确 ,重建的韧带可达到牢固的生物学固定。更多还原
