银迁移对PMZNT基独石电容器电性能的作用机理

【摘要】 研究了内电极中银的迁移对 PMN-PZN-PT( PMZNT)基的多层陶瓷电容器电性能的作用机理。通过微量的银掺杂来探讨在共烧过程银元素由内电极渗透到陶瓷介质中对多层器件造成的影响。借助扫描电子显微镜来观察烧成后电极和陶瓷界面处的显微结构。结果表明 :银迁移到陶瓷介质中导致介电性能的变化 ,具体表现为居里点的移动 ,介电峰值的下降 ,但并不是简单的单调上升或下降的关系。此外 ,陶瓷介质的绝缘性能下降。利用缺陷化学方法对上述结果进行了解释 ,并讨论了银的作用机理和显微结构的关系

【Abstract】 Mechanism of action of silver migration in inner electrode on electric properties of PMZNT based MLCC was investigated.Through micro doping silver salt,influence of silver element migrating from inner electrode into ceramic on MLCC during cofiring was discussed.The microstructure at the interface between electrode and ceramic was observed via a scanning electron microscope.The studies demonstrate that the dielectric property of sintered ceramic pellets was changed because of silver migration,and that the insulation resistance was decreased.Insulation resistivity and k max were not simply and monotonically changed with the content of silver.Defect chemistry method was used to explain the above results.Relationship of silver migration and microstructure was also discussed.
