【摘要】 目的 :验证国产新药丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效和不良反应。方法 :选用丁螺环酮与安定双盲对照治疗广泛性焦虑症 32例 ,开放治疗 2 0例 ,以HAMA和TESS评定疗效和副反应。结果 :丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效与安定相近 ,二周内起效 ,四周内显效率为 5 0 % ,有效率 87 5 %。不良反应以口干、头昏、失眠、便秘多见 ,随着时间推移减轻。结论 :丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效确切 ,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate The efficacy and safety of buspirone in the anxiety disorders.Metheds:52 patients with anxiety disorder who met with CCMD-2-Rdiagnostic cn’tere were randomly Treate with buspirone or valium for 4 weeks and HAMA and TESS were assessed in order to evaluate thier efficacy and safety.Results:The efficacy of moclobemint was similar to imipramine in the treatment of anxiety disorder,in the weeks it had beginning efficacy and in four weeks it had clear efficacy 50% and in four of 87.5%.side efficacy mainly drymonth and dizziness and insomnia and constipation As the time passes,yt will be less.Conclussion:Buspirone is a fase and useful drug for the treatment of anxiety disorder.[更多还原
