【Abstract】 This paper reports two computerized methods for decoding the digital base band signal obtained from meteorological satellite.The first method is tracing and making intellectual decision for the base band by using the open loop policy.The second method is to decode the Manchester code by using only one integrator with computer so that it may simplify the traditional orthogonal integration of phase locked loop.更多还原
