【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To observe the curative effects of hemodialysis for epidemic hemorrhagic fever in oligurie phase. CASE REPORT The method of hemodialysis was reasonably made, and an opportune moment, indication and contraindication were selected. Out of 109 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, 97 cases were survived and 12 cases were dead, and its survival rate and fatality rate were 89% and 11%, respectively. DISCUSSION Although the method of hemodialysis has reliable and confirmed curative effects for epidemic hemorrhagic fever in oligurie phase, but the key of successful rescue is to select an opportune moment, the accurate indication and contraindication phase.更多还原
