【摘要】 [研究背景 ]探讨移动盲肠综合征和肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征的相关因素 .[病例报告 ]移动盲肠综合征 5 2例 ,女性多于男性 ,无力型体质者多见 ,伴有肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征的为 10例 ,占 19% .全部病例手术切开侧腹膜外侧瓣 ,将盲肠包埋在后腹膜内 ,行缝合固定术 .合并肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征患者则同时做十二指肠空肠吻合术 .[讨论 ]移动盲肠综合征及肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征与先天性发育不良、后天性体质、神经因素有关 ,其疾病的发作有一定的因果关系 .更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To study the relative factors between the mobile cecum complex and superior mesenteric artery constriction complex. CASE REPORT Out of 52 cases of the mobile cecum complex, most of them is female and physically weak, and 10 cases (19%) were accompanied with the superior mesenteric artery constriction complex. The outer lamella of the side peritoneum was cut to open, the back part of the cecum was put under the back peritoneum and sewn up. While treating the superior mesenteric artery constriction complex, the side to side duodenojejunostomy operation was performed. DISCUSSION The mobile cecum complex and the superior mesenteric artery constriction complex are related to congenital aplasia, acquired body condition and nerve disorders and the onset of this disease has a causality.更多还原
