【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To map the paratope specificity of autoantibodies in myasthenia gravis and to investigate the correlation between it and the molecular structure of variable regions. METHODS The paratope mapping of antibodies was determined by competitive inhibition in radioimmunoassay and the sequences of variable regions among the antibodies were compared. RESULTS The similarity in binding activity was found in a group of antibodies which have the analogous paratope specificity and sequences of variable regions. CONCLUSION The identity of specificity and paratope mapping of the antibodies results from the similarity in molecular structure of the antibodies.更多还原
