新型固体电解质CO2传感器及其特性

【摘要】 介绍了一种以固体电解质NASICON为导电介质,以BaCO3-Li2CO3复合碳酸盐为电极材料的新型CO2传感器的结构与性能。在10-4~10-2CO2体积比浓度范围内,器件的输出电动势(EMF)与Nrnst方程符合得很好,并呈现出迅速的响应恢复性能。由于复合碳酸盐辅助电极的使用,器件的耐水性有了很大提高,而在封装中采用活性炭过滤层结构可使器件的选择性得到改善。

【Abstract】 A new type CO2 sensor was introduced, which was based on a sodium ion conducting solid electrolyte (Nasicon) by using BaCO3 - Li2CO3 as binary carbonate electrode. Within a wide range of CO2 concentration from 10-4 to 10-2, the output electromotive force (EMF) followed Nernst equation well,and its response and recovery time was short. There was little influence on the sensor characteristics from water vapor, which can be attributed to the use of the binary carbonate for the auxiliary phase electrode. Furthermore, the sensor’s selectivity was also improved because of the use of the active carbon cap in sealing.
