【Abstract】 Rotary machinery system is the key equipment in industry. For trying to avert the unexpected accidents and stop production, an investigating technology of on-line measurement and trends predicting is needed. The sensors applications are introduced, and the figures of time-domain signal of sensors and frequency analysis are given.
