【Abstract】 By combining Analogy-Digital Converter with Programmable Read-Only Memory, hardware tabular linearization method is proposed so that linearization of thermocouple characteristic is realized with high accuracy in this paper. The results of experiments show that the plan described in this paper is feasible and its accuracy is high. It opens a new way for linearization.更多还原
