【摘要】 对放置一年的一种杜香属植物茎叶水馏物进行了研究 .GC/MS测试表明 ,水馏物主成分为松油醇 (1 8.542 % ) ,2 ,5-二甲基 - 2 ,4-己二烯 (1 1 .50 0 % ) .色谱分离出 2 5个化合物 ,质谱鉴定出含量占 83.330 %的 1 6个组分 ,其中含氧化合物占 65.42 5% .并为监测其保持生物活性的时间 ,测出了其H -NMR指纹图 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical compositions and their relative content in the product of steam distillation of leaf plus stem material from a kind of Ledum palustre alongside Tumen river, which was stored for one year, were analyzed by GC MS DS, 25 compounds were isolated and 16 of them identified reprenting 83.330% of the total content, the dominant composition are terpineol(18.542%), 2,5 dimethyl 2,4 hexadiene(11.500%), having oxygen compounds content is 65.425%,the steam distillation prodult can also react alcohol even after one year, the H NMR fingerprint of the extract was determined on H NMR spectrometer for inspecting it’s biological effect time.更多还原
