【摘要】 真菌性角膜溃疡是眼科临床较为常见而治疗较为棘手、致盲率较高的眼部疾患之一。通过对 52例真菌性角膜溃疡的发病原因、诊断和治疗方法进行探讨 ,说明它的早期诊断、正确治疗是痊愈的关键 ,另外 ,近年来基层诊所对抗生素、激素的滥用是本病增多及治疗困难的一个主要原因 ,应引起临床医生的重视 ,做好农民植物性眼外伤的预防及处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 HT5”SS][WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Fungus corneal ulcer is one of the common diseases in our clinic.Its difficult to cure and often causes blindness.By analysis of these fungus corneal ulcers,we find out early correct diagnosis and correct treatment is extremely important for curing these corneal ulcers.Misuse of antibiotics and steroids may delay appropriate treatment and recovery.We suggest that farmers be given effective protection during farming seasons and that the corneal trauma be evaluated promptly and treated correctly.
