【摘要】 目的 :探讨90 Srβ射线照射预防翼状胬肉术后复发的方法、效果、机理。方法 :追踪观察了96例 1 0 3只眼翼状胬肉术后予以90 Srβ射线照射翼状胬肉复发的情况 ,其中原发性者 94只眼 ,复发性者9只眼 ;观察时间从 8个月到 1 3年 ,平均 6年 8个月。结果 :1 0 3只眼中共 4只眼复发 ,复发率为 3 9%。其中原发性、复发性各 2只眼 ,复发率原发性者仅为 2 1 % ,而复发性者却高达 2 2 2 %。结论 :翼状胬肉术后早期 ,小量、多次照射 β射线不但大大降低了翼状胬肉的复发率 ,而且远期无重大并发症。但这一切是建立在第一次完美的手术基础上。更多还原

【Abstract】 HT5”SS][WT5”BZ][ST5”BZ]Objectives:To evaluate the the effect and its method. of 90 Sr β rays irradiation after the excision of pterygium to prevent relapse.Pterygium in 103 eyes of 96 cases were excised and irradiated with 90 Sr β rays after surgery.Among them 94 eyes were the primary pterygia and 9 eyes the secondary.We followed up for at least 8 months,the longest one is more than 13 years.The effect rate was 96.1% and the recurrence rate was 3 9%,while it is only 2.1% in the primary pterygia.But it is 22.2% in the secondary one.We think that irradiation with 90 Sr β rays after excison of pterygium is a simple and effective method to prevent the relapse of pterygium,but it is based on perfect surgery.
