【摘要】 目的 :研究鸡形觉剥夺眼视网膜电图改变。方法 :测定 2 9只鸡雏于不同遮盖及去遮盖时期双眼视网膜电图的变化。结果 :形觉剥夺造成实验眼OPs波幅较对照眼明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ,去除遮盖 ,实验眼OPs波幅恢复到与对照眼无明显差异。实验眼与对照眼a、b波幅值差异无显著性 ;各波潜伏期差异无显著性。结论 :伴随形觉剥夺性近视的形成 ,剥夺眼视网膜内层功能下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the functional changes of form deprived chickens’ retinas.29 neonatal chickens were monocular occluded for different period of time,then underwent flash electroretinogram examination.We found that the amplitudes of a and b waves were not significantly different between the occluded and control eyes.OPs amplitude has no significant difference between the two groups with 2 weeks’ occlusion,while at week 4 and 6,OPs of occluded eyes had remarkable reduced amplitudes.3 weeks after the occluders were removed,OPs amplitudes in the occluded eyes increased to the normal level.Thus,we concluded that the function of the inner part of the retina was declined in the form deprived chickens’ eyes.更多还原
