【摘要】 目的　探讨Budd Chiari综合征 (BCS)患者体内血小板的活化状态。方法　应用透射电镜观察 30例原发性BCS患者及 10例健康对照者血小板超微结构的改变 ,并采用图像分析技术和形态计量学方法 ,测定血小板形态计量学参数。结果　BCS组与正常对照组在血小板外形和内部结构上有明显差异。BCS组的血小板面积、短径、形状因子、α颗粒数、α颗粒数 μm2 较对照组减少 (P <0 .0 1)。周长、长径无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而比表面则较对照组增大 (P <0 .0 1)。下腔静脉膜性梗阻 (MOVC)组与非MOVC组、血栓组与无血栓组的形态计量学参数均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　BCS患者体内血小板处于活化状态 ,各组之间血小板活化程度相似更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the activated status of platelets in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).?Methods The ultrastructure characteristics of platelets were studied by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in 30 patients with primary BCS and 10 controls. Furthermore, the platelet morphological parameters were measured quantitatively by image analysis technique and morphometry.?Results The differences in morphological features and internal structures of platelets were obvious between BCS and control groups. The morphological parameters of platelets in BCS were significantly decreased as compared with the control subjects, including platelet area,minimum diameter,form factor and the number of alpha granules. There were no significant differences in perimeter and maximum diameter compared with healthy group. The specific surface of platelets in BCS was higher than that in the normal subjects. No significant differences in all morphological parameters were found the between membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava (MOVC) and non MOVC subgroups of BCS patients and between the subgroups of BCS with thrombosis and without thrombosis.?Conclusions The platelets in BCS subjects are in an activated status. And there exit no significant differences in the degree of platelet activation between the varied types of BCS patients.更多还原
