【Abstract】 In order to increase the farmers’ income, maintain the stability in the countryside and improve agricultural economic results, the chief way is to carry the industrial management of agriculture to a new stage. It is very important to bring the government’s function of macroeconomic regulation into full play, for which there are adequate theoretical bases and objective realistic needs.
