中医药防治硫酸镍的生殖毒性的实验研究
A study on the protective role of Chinese herbal drugs in productive toxicity induced by nickel sulfate (NiSO4)
【摘要】 目的 用扶正解毒汤 (FJD)防治硫酸镍的生殖毒性作用。方法 硫酸镍 (NiSO4 )腹腔注射染毒 ,FJD灌胃防治 ,观察精子畸变和睾丸病理 ,并用原子吸收法测定睾丸组织中微量元素含量。结果 NiSO4 可使精子畸变率升高 ,睾丸组织出现病理改变 ,睾丸组织中Ni2 + 含量上升 ,Zn2 + 、Mg2 + 、Fe2 + 、Mn2 + 等含量下降。用FJD防治后 ,精子畸变率有所下降 ,睾丸病理改变明显减轻 ,睾丸组织中Ni2 + 含量下降 ,Zn2 + 、Mg2 + 、Fe2 + 、Mn2 + 等含量回升。结论 FJD对硫酸镍所致的生殖毒性有防治作用 ,其机理与调整睾丸组织中微量元素含量有关。
【Abstract】 Objective The current study is to determine whether Fu Zheng Jie Du Tang (FJD) has a protective role in preventing productive toxicity induced by nickel sulfate. Methods Spermatic malformation and archiopathology were observed by intraperitoneal injection of nickel sulfate and perfusing stomaches with FJD. Meanwhile, the content of the trace elements of orchiotissue was detected by the method of atomic absorption.Results Nickel sulfate could increase the rate of spermatic malformation, cause pathologic change of orchiotissue, raise the content of Ni and reduce that of Zn, Mg, Fe and Mn. However, after the treatment of FJD, the rate of spermatic malformation was reduced, and the pathological changes of orchiotissue were relieved obviously. The content of Ni in orchiotissue was declined and the contents of Zn, Mg, Fe and Mn were elevated.Conclusion FJD would have a protective role in preventing productive toxicity induced by nickel sulfate and its mechanism would have something to do with its regulating function of the trace elements in the orchiotissue.
