锰对人体必需元素干扰的研究
The effect of manganese on the metabolism of several necessary elements necessary in human body
【摘要】 目的探讨锰对人体必需元素干扰,方法根据CB3232-82诊断标准对13例确诊锰中毒病人、23例锰观察对象,采用原子吸收分光光度计,检测了人体必需镁、钙、锌、铁、铜五种元素的水平,结果病例组接、钙、锌明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而铁明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。驱锰治疗后,尿锰达正常值两周后,镁、钙、锌自然上升,铁自然下降,与对照组比较仍有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论锰引起震颤,腓肠肌痉挛和男性生殖器官功能障碍与锰拮抗镁、钙、锌低下的因素不能排除。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of manganese on the metabolism of several necessary elements in human body. Methods in accordance with the diagnostic standards of GB 3232-82, we analyzed the differences of five essential elements (Mg2+,Ca2 +, Zn2 +, Fe2+, Cd2+ ) between 13 manganese poisoning cases and 23 control cases by using atomic absorption photometer. RasultsThe results indicated that the serum magnesium, calcium and zine appeared to be much lower in manganese poisoning group than that in control group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) while serum iron to be much higher (P < 0.01 ). Serum magnesium, calcium and zinc increased accordingly and serum iron decreased when urine manganese reached the normal value for two weeks after the manganese eliminating treatment. However there was still significant difference between two groups (P < 0. 05). Conclusion These results showed that there might be some correlation between some symptoms and signs caused by manganese poisoning, such as trembles, calf muscle spasm and male malfunction of reproductive organs and the low serum magnesium, calcium and zinc during manganese poisoning.
