【摘要】 目的 :观察特比萘芬软膏治疗手、足癣的疗效和安全性。方法 :手、足癣病人 188例随机分 2组 ,其中特比萘芬软膏外涂 10 2例为治疗组 (男性4 6例 ,女性 56例 ;年龄 38a±s 16a) ;咪康唑软膏外涂为对照组共 86例 (男性 34例 ,女性 52例 ;年龄4 1a± 11a)。上述药物每日早、晚各 1次涂于患处 ,疗程均 4wk。结果 :治疗组与对照组的症状改善和疗效比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :特比萘芬软膏治疗手、足癣疗效佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To oberserve the efficiency of terbinafine ointment (TO) in the treatment of tinea manuum and tinea pedis. METHODS:Patients (188) with tinea manuum and tinea pedis were randomly divided into 2 group. In treated group, 102 patients (M 46, F 56; age 38 a± s 16 a) were treated with TO, bid for 4 wk, in control group, 86 patients (M 34, F52; age 41 a±1 a) were treated with miconazole ointment (MO), bid for 4 wk. RESULTS: The improvement of symptoms in 2 groups after treatment were evident than before treatment, but significant difference were found between 2 groups ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: TO is an effecitive drug in treating tinea manuum and tinea pedis.更多还原
