【摘要】 目的 :评价国产复方妥布霉素滴眼液和眼药膏对白内障术后和细菌性结膜炎的疗效及安全性。方法 :试验组 162例 (男性 74例 ,女性 88例 ,年龄 54a±s 18a) ,用国产复方妥布霉素滴眼液及眼药膏。对照组 10 0例 (男性 4 3例 ,女性 57例 ,年龄55a± 18a) ,用进口复方妥布霉素滴眼液和眼膏。治疗前和治疗后 3,7d进行检查、评分。结果 :2组对白内障术后炎症控制和细菌性结膜炎的总有效率均为 10 0 %,组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。 2组均无明显不良反应。结论 :国产复方妥布霉素滴眼液和眼膏对白内障术后炎症控制和细菌性结膜炎疗效明显且安全 ,与进口复方妥布霉素滴眼液和眼膏相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the efficacies and safety of domestic vs imported compound tobramycin eye drops and eye ointment in the treatment of bacterial conjuuctivitis and inflammation of cataract extraction. METHODS: Domestic group 162 patients (M74, F88; age 54 a± s 18 a) received domestic compound tabramycin eye drops and eye ointment. Imported group 100 patients (M 43,F 57; age 55 a±18 a) received imported compound tobramycin eye drops and eye ointment. Every patient was examined and gave a score before the treatment and on 3,7 d after the treatment. RESULTS: The clinical effective rate of 2 groups was all 100% ( P <0.05). There was no obvious adverse reactions. Only 1 patient of domestic group developed mild irritation. CONCLUSION: Domestic and imported compound tobramycin eye drops and eye ointment has same antibacterial effect in the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis and fine anti-inflammatory effect in the recovery process of cataract extracted patients.更多还原
