舒康贴膏治疗软组织损害性疼痛的实验和临床研究

【摘要】 目的 :观察舒康贴膏对软组织损害性疼痛的疗效。方法 :舒康贴膏的局部皮肤刺激试验、皮肤过敏试验、小鼠热板试验、大鼠甩尾试验、局部皮肤吸收试验、病理学观察、临床实验。结果 :舒康贴膏在毒理学上是安全的。有局部镇痛作用 (用药后痛反应时间为 31s±s 17s ,甩尾反应时间为 7s± 3s ,均比用药前延长 ) ,经皮肤吸收率 4h为 4 8% ,10h为 69%。大鼠大腿软组织急性挫伤用药后病理学观察见充血、水肿等明显减轻。临床实验总有效率81% ,痊愈、显效率 60 % ,显著地优于麝香虎骨止痛膏 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :舒康贴膏治疗软组织损害性疼痛有效

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the analgesic effect of Shukang Tiegao(SKTG) in the treatment of pain of injuried soft tissues. METHODS:The following studies were done:⑴local skin stimulated test;⑵allergic skin test;⑶mice hot plate method;⑷rat throwing tail method;⑸drug local absorption test;⑹pathologic examination;⑺clinical application studies. RESULTS:SKTG was safe in toxicology and had the function of eliminating local pain. The time of pain response was 31 s±s 7 s while the time of throwing tail reaction was 7 s±3 s respectively of territory administering. The time of respose was longer than that before administering. The rate of absorption by skin was 48% for 4 h while 69% for 10 h. The hyperema and edemas caused by acute injury of rats thigh soft tissues were significantly released throgh pathologic observation after administering. The total rate of analgesic effect of SKTG was 81%, excellent and good rate was 60%. The medical statistics indicated that SKTG was better than Shexiang Hugu Zitong Gao (P< 0.05 ). CONCLUSION:SKTG is a new and good plaster used to improve the pain of soft tissue induced by injury.
