【摘要】 目的　用二维超声对猪心左房测量内径、容量、测算左心房计算容量与实测容量的相关性 ,以此来验证左心房测量方法的准确性。材料与方法　取发育成熟猪心 ,用二维超声测量左心房左右径、上下径、前后径 ,用椭球体公式计算出左心房容量 ,然后切开左心室 ,封闭二尖瓣 ,实际测量左心房容量。结果　左心房左右径为 2 4.97± 2 .47mm、上下径 35 .41±2 .5 8mm、前后径 2 2 .0 6± 2 .31mm ;左心房计算容量 11.2 9± 1.77cm3、实测容量 10 .5 6± 2 .14ml,两者相关系数为 0 .96 8。结论　通过动物试验 ,左心房从三条径线计算容量是正确可行的 ,用计算机软件可为临床计算左心房容量提供快速方便的方法 ,这为解决目前国内外左心房标准不统一提供了一个可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose [WT5”BZ]The correlation between left atria caculating and practically measuring volumes of 34 pigs is calculated by applying two dimensional echocardiography to making an ordinary measuring and practically measuring volumes so as to verifying the accuracy of method of ordinary measurement by this means.[WT5”HZ]Materials and methods[WT5”BZ] According to formula of ellipsoid spherical volume we figure out the left atria volume by the way of taking out the hearts of pig’s which have grown mature and measuring their left and right,and up and down as well as front and back left atria diameters with applying two dimensional echocardiography and then practically measure left atria volume by cutting off left ventricle and closing mitral valve.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The left and right diameter of left atrium is 24.97±2.47mm,the up and down diameter 35.4±2.58mm,the front and back diameter 22.06±2.31mm,the calculating volume of left atrium 11.29±2.58mm 3,practically measuring volume 10.56±2.14mm 3 and correlation coefficient between two volumes in 0.968.[WT5”BZ] [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Through experimenting on animals the calculating volume of left atrium from three diametral lines is correct and practical so it provide a quick and convenient method for clinical calculating by the use of computer software as well as practical method for solving nonuniform left atria standard.
