【摘要】 目的　探讨膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的MRI表现。材料与方法　回顾性分析 15例经手术及病理证实的膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的MRI资料并进行总结。结果　MRI显示膝关节积液 (15 / 15 )、滑膜增厚 (15 /15 )、关节内软组织结节 (12 / 15 )、关节内脂肪改变 (11/ 15 )、关节骨质改变 (10 / 15 )、关节软骨改变 (10 / 15 )、十字韧带受累 (4 /15 )、半月板受累 (2 / 15 )。其中MRI显示的短T1、更短T2 软组织结节信号 (6 / 15 )为本病特征性改变。结论　MRI是本病理想的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose [WT5”BZ]The MRI representations of pigmented villonodular synovitis of knee joint were discussed.[WT5”HZ]Materials and methods[WT5”BZ] 15 cases that were confirmed by operations and pathology were retrospectively analysed and summarized.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] MRI can show knee jont effusions(15/15),thickened synovium(15/15),soft tissue nodules in joints (12/15),changes of fat in joints(11/15),changes of bones(10/15),changes of cartilage(10/15),affected cruciated ligments(4/15),affected meniscus(2/15).The T 1 low and T 2 lower soft tissue nodule(6/15)is the characteristic change of PVS.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]MRI is the perfect examination means for pigmented villonodular synovitis.
