【摘要】 目的　评价非小细胞肺癌对支气管动脉灌注以顺铂为主的联合化疗药物的敏感性。材料与方法　回顾性分析术前经支气管动脉灌注化疗的 6 3例非小细胞肺癌的病理组织学疗效 ,分析组织学疗效与细胞类型和临床分期的关系。结果　 6 3例中Ⅲ级反应 8例 (鳞癌 7例、腺癌 1例 ) ,Ⅱ级反应 10例 (鳞癌 9例、其它癌 1例 ) ,Ⅰ级反应 2 3例 (鳞癌 15例、腺癌 7例、其它 1例 ) ,0级反应 2 2例 (鳞癌 11例、腺癌 11例 )。结论　支气管动脉灌注以顺铂为主的联合化疗药物是有效治疗非小细胞肺癌的方案 ,其中对鳞癌比腺癌敏感 ,不同临床分期间的化疗敏感性无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose [WT5”BZ]To evaluate the histologic effects of NSCLC treated with bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy.[WT5”HZ]Materials and methods[WT5”BZ] The histologic effects were evaluated retrospectively in 63 cases of NSCLC treated with bronchial artery infusion combined drugs mainly using cisplatin.In addition,the effects of different histologic type and different TNM stage were analyzed.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The reaction of grade Ⅲ was achieved in 8 cases,grade Ⅱ in 10 cases,grade Ⅰin 23 cases,and grade 0 in 22 cases.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The protocol of BAI using cisplatin for NSCLC was effective.Squamous cell carcinoma show higher sensitivity than adenocarcinma.There was no statistical difference among different TNM stage.更多还原
