【摘要】 目的：总结抢救心脏损伤的外科诊断和处理体会。方法：对12例经外科治疗存活的心脏损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：全组无死亡，血流动力学稳定。术后2例出现烦躁、乱语等精神症状，经神经营养药治疗后逐渐好转。出院时，心功能为0级至1级。随访1年至8年，其中1例出现二尖瓣大瓣穿孔，行修补术；其余恢复良好。结论：对心脏损伤病人及时确诊并予外科手术可以降低病死率；及时和合理的围手术期处理是提高抢救成功率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】  Objective: To summarize the experience of effective and rapid surgical diagnosis and treatment for heart injury． Methods: The clinical material of 12 patients with heart injury who were treated by operation and survived was reviewed． Results: The surgical treatments were successful in all patients with stable hemodynamic parameters． There weren＇t any complications except dysphoria and gossip in two cases． During the follow－up period of 1 to 8 years mitral valves were perforated and repaired in 1 case while other patients recovered well． Conclusions: If the heart injury can be diagnosed and treated rapidly and accurately the mortality rate can be reduced rapid and proper perioperative treatment is the key for improving survival rate． 更多还原
