【摘要】 将 1 0 0只小白鼠制成 EAC模型鼠 ,随机分成四组 ,分别向腹腔注射 L-精氨酸、5-氟脲嘧啶、L-精氨酸 +5-氟脲嘧啶、生理盐水 ,同时记录各组小鼠自然存活时间、处死时平均腹水量、每毫升腹水中肿瘤细胞数、接种 EAC细胞两周后平均体重 .以探讨 L-精氨酸、5-氟脲嘧啶对艾氏腹水癌 (EAC)小鼠的治疗效果 .实验结果显示 :L-精氨酸 +5-氟脲嘧啶组小鼠自然存活时间最长 ,无腹水 .说明两者联合使用具有一定抗癌作用 ,而且延长了 EAC小鼠的存活时间 ,对机体的免疫力有所提高 ,同时也提高了小鼠的存活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 mice were divided into four groups randomly,each group including 25 mice which would be inoculated EAC (Ehrlich ascites carcinom a)cells.The mice were treated by celiac injection L-Arg,5-Fu,L-Arg+5-Fu,sali ne solution,separa tely.To investigate the effects of L-Arg and 5-Fu on the EAC mice,the survival t ime,the average hydroperitoneum capacity when the mice were killed,the average w eight of the mice inoculated EAC cells after two weeks were recorded for each gr oup.The result shows that the group with L-Arg+5-Fu survived the longest time without hydroperitonum,and also shows that the two physics were used united can enhances mice’s antineoplastic ability,and prolong mice’s survial time,increas e its survival quality.更多还原
