血液剪切对红细胞变形性的影响
EFFECTS OF ERYTHROCYTE DEFORMABILITY ON THE SHEAKING OF BLOOD
【摘要】 检测0~ 1000s-1切变率条件下大鼠和小鼠红细胞变形指数(DI值)的变化,结果发现:(1)DI值随切变率升高而递增。(2)大鼠在切变率为500s-1以下时,DI值随切变率升高显著递增,500s-1以下各组间DI值有显著或非常显著差异,各组与500s-1以上各组间DI值也有显著或非常显著差异;小鼠在切变率为400s-1以下时, DI值随切变率升高显著递增,400s-1以下各组间 DI值有显著或非常显著差异,各组与 400s-1以上各组间 DI值也有显著或非常显著差异。(3)大鼠在切变率为 500s-1以上时,DI值随切变率升高递增,但无显著差异;小鼠在切变率为 400s-1以上时,DI值切变率升高递增,亦无显著差异。提示在切变率为500s-1或400s-1以上时,DI值接近极限。(4)不同种生物,红细胞易变形的切变率范围各异。
【Abstract】 Ektacytometer type LG-B-190 was used to check up the condition of change of the index(DI value) of erythrodegeneration in rats and mice in the shear rate rang of 0-1000S-1 / The results indicated that; 1. DI value increased progressively as the shear rate rose. 2. In case the shear rate in rats was lower than 500S-1 ,the DI value increased remarkably as the shear the rose. In case the shear rate in mice was lower than 400S-1 , the DI value increased considerably with the rise of the shear rate. 3. In case the shear rate in rats was higher than 500S-1 , the DI value increased progressively with the rise of the shear rate but had not marked difference; in case shear rate in mice was higher than 4000S-1, the DI value increased progressively as the shear rate grew but had not marked difference, either. 4.According to different species of animals, the range of the shear rate of easily-degenerating erythrocyte was not the same.
