【摘要】 目的旨在找出突发性耳聋与听力损害、眩晕和从发病到确诊的时间的相关因素，从而提高对本病的诊断率。方法对68例突发性耳聋初诊失误患者和100例初诊正确患者，在听力损害、眩晕并发症及确诊时间资料进行回顾性对比分析。结果初诊失误组与正确组在听力损害、眩晕并发症及确诊时间有显著性差异（P＜0．01），初诊失误患者听力损害程度较重，眩晕并发症明显，从发病到确诊时间明显延长。结论突发性耳聋的正确诊断，与患者的听力损害、眩晕及确诊时间长短有密切的关系，应重视对眩晕患者作常规听力检测的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the correlation of sudden deafness to hearing damage,vertigo and the time froin onset to confirmed diagnosis, thus to raise to rate of correct diagnosis to the deafness, Method Conduct retrospective and comparative analysis on the complication sach as hearing damage, vertigo, and the data of confirmed diagnosis time between 68 cases with first visit mistake and 100 cases with first visit correction. Resultsact There is significance difference between the erroneous group and the correct group with the first visit in hearing damage, vertigo, and the first visit time (p<0.01). For the patients who faulty in the first diagnosis the hearing damage is more serious, the comlication as vertigo is more obvious, and the first visit time is significantly longer. Conclusion Correct diagnosis of the sudden deafriess is closely related to hearing damage and vertigo of patient and confirmed diagnosis time.
