【摘要】 目的为探讨血液病鼻衄的理想处理方法。方法对23例治疗组患者采用浸有凝血酶2000In／ml的明胶海绵局部敷贴出血点，3～4日后用烧伤膏创面换药；34例对照组采用凡士林纱条填塞止血。结果治疗组有效率36．9％．显效率69．7％；对照组分别是58．8％和35．3％。两种方法有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论用凝血酶敷贴出血点及创面烧伤膏换药是治疗血液病鼻衄一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To investigate clinical treatment of epistaxis with blood disease. Method The groups of epistaxis with blood disease were treated with different methods. The treated group of 23 cases were wadded with gelfoam soaked by thromboplast1nase (2000lu/ml)for 3-4 days,and then the wounds were dressed with burn ointment tele. The contrast group of 34 cases were wadded with vaseline. Result The effective rate was 86. 9 % and the remarked was 69. 7 % in the treated group,while in the contrast group xvere 58. 8% and 35. 3% respectively. There are significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.01)- Conclusion The authors believed that wadding petechias with gelfoam soaked by thromboplastinase and dressing with burn ointment teleis a safe, valid treatment of epistaxis with blood disease.更多还原
