铜管拉伸工艺润滑油热解清洁性能的研究
Pyrolytic Cleanness of Lubricant Oil for Copper Pipe Drawing
【摘要】 通过对铜管拉伸润滑油的热解清洁性研究 ,分析表明在铜管退火过程中的热解油斑是由于润滑油热解所产生碳质残留物 ,其形成与工艺润滑油品质及热物性相关 .本研究为防止铜管的早期腐蚀、拉伸生产工艺的制定及油品管理提供了科学依据和研究方法
【Abstract】 The study in pyrolytic cleanness of lubricant oil for copper pipe drawing was made in this paper, the result showed that the pyrolytic oil stain produced in annealing process of copper pipe was carbonic deposit created by thermal decomposition of lubricand oil, and that the stain formation was concerned with quality and thermal physical character of lubricand oil, which provided scientific proof in preventing copper pipe from early corrosion, making production technology and managing lubricant oil.
