高浓度甲基橙低压湿式催化氧化及动力学研究
Low Pressure Wet Catalytic Oxidation of High Concentrated Methyl Orange and its Kinetic Studies
【摘要】 采用低压湿式催化氧化法 (LPWCO)处理高浓度模拟偶氮染料甲基橙溶液 ,考察了温度、H2 O2 浓度、Fe2 +浓度等因素对去除效果的影响 ,结果表明 ,LPWCO法能有效去除废水颜色 .同时用一级反应模型拟合了甲基橙溶液脱色的LPWCO反应 ,由实验数据确定了反应速率方程 .
【Abstract】 Low pressure wet catalytic oxidation(LPWCO)is used to treat dye wastewater simulated by methyl orange. The effects of temperature、H 2O 2 amount、FeSO 4 amount on depolarization are investigated. The results show that LPWCPO is an effective method in terms of color removal. A first-order kinetic model is adopted to represent the LPWCO of methyl orange. The relation between the reaction rate coefficient and the ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide concentrations and operating temperature is experimentally established from the test data.
