【Abstract】 Seventeen complexes of meso-tetrakis(4-alkoxyphenyl)porphyrin with copper(Ⅱ) or cobalt(Ⅱ) have been synthesized. Among them there are eight new compounds which have not been reported so far. Their structures have been confirmed by IR, UV, 1 HNMR, MS and elemental analysis.
