【摘要】 目的　寻求理想输尿管缺损的代用材料。方法　用 2 4只成年山羊 ,手术切取一侧长度为 2 .5～ 8cm输尿管 ,用同样长度静脉代替 ,对不同时期取代输尿管进行组织学检查。结果　静脉代输尿管长度在 3cm以下移植静脉可以成活 ;长度在 5cm以下移植静脉在 8wk内可被输尿管组织细胞完全代替 ;长度 6～ 8cm移植静脉坏死后部分被纤维结缔组织代替 ,最终形成管壁厚、管腔狭窄 ,效果不佳。结论　静脉替代输尿管是一种较为理想的自身代用材料 ,对输尿管缺损 5cm以下较为实用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research ideal replacement material for ureter defect. Methods Using 24 adult goats, ureters of one side with 2.5～8cm length were excised and replaced by the same length veins, and histological examination of the substitute ureter accomplished in different period. Results When the length of substitute <3cm, the transplantation vein can be alive, and when it is < 5cm,the substitute can be replaced completely by ureter cells within 8 weeks, and when the length was 6cm to 8cm,the transplantation vein becomes necrosis and then replaced partially by fibrous connective tissue,and finally result in the ureter wall became thickerned and the lumen strictured,thus the effect was not good. Conclusions The vein is relatively ideal self-substitute material for the replacement of ureter,and is more practical for ureter defect of under 5cm.更多还原
