【摘要】 目的　探讨胃泌素水平、病毒性肠炎与小儿急性肠套叠病因的关系。方法　对 30例小儿急性肠套叠、30例病毒性肠炎治疗前后和 30例正常同龄婴幼儿 ,用放射免疫分析法测定其血清胃泌素和胰高血糖素水平。结果　与正常对照组比较 ,病毒性肠炎治疗前的血清胃泌素值无显著差异 ,治疗后的血清胃泌素值有显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而肠套叠患儿治疗前后的血清胃泌素值和对照组比较均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。病毒性肠炎和肠套叠治疗前后的血清胰高糖素值有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　高胃泌素血症和病毒性肠炎可能是小儿急性肠套叠的发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation of serum gastrin(SG) level and viral enteritis and the cause of acute intussusception in children. Method The levels of SG and serum glucagon in 30 cases of acute intussusception and 30 cases of viral enteritis before and after treatment and thirty healthy children were determined by radioimmunoassy . Results There was no obvious difference in SG level between the viral enteritis before treatment and control group, the SG level in cases of viral enteritis after treatment was apparently higher than that of normal children(P<0.05).There was significant difference in SG level between acute intussusception and normal children(P<0.05). The serum glucagon level of viral enteritis group and acute intussusception group after teatment had significantly difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Hypergastrinemia and viral enteritis may be concerned in pathogenesis of acute intussusception in children.更多还原
