【摘要】 目的　探讨青年人与老年人胃癌不同临床特点的分子生物学基础。方法　对 6 5例胃癌 (其中青年组 35例 ,老年组 30例 )标本连续切片分别作增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)免疫组化染色及核仁组成区相关的嗜银蛋白 (AgNOR)的胶体银染色 ,前者结果进行 χ2 检验 ,后者采用t检验。结果　在非选择人群 ,PCNA的阳性表达率及AgNOR计数均随胃癌分化程度降低而提高 ,AgNOR数目还随浸润深度的增加而增多 (P <0 .0 5 )。在具有相同的组织学分化程度、浸润深度或局部淋巴结转移情况的胃癌中 ,青年组中PCNA的阳性率及AgNOR数目均显著高于老年组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论　PCNA及AgNOR在青年人胃癌细胞中的高表达提示青年人胃癌细胞具有更强的增殖活性及浸润转移能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore molecule biological bases of difference clinical character in gastric carcinoma between young and aged patients.Methods Sixty five gastric carcinomas including 35 young and 30 aged patients were examined immunohistochemically and the serial slides were stained with silver colloid technique. The former data were tested by χ 2 test and the latter were by t test.Results In 65 gastric carcinoma cases, the positive rates for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the mean argyrophilic proteins associated nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) count increased as degree of differentiation of the gastric carcinoma decreased, and the mean AgNOR count enhanced as invasive depth increased (P<0.05). In the gastric carcinoma cases with the same differentiation, invasive depth or local lymph node metastasis,PCNA positive expression and mean AgNOR count in young patients were significantly higher than those in elderly patients(P<0.05).Conclusion PCNA overexpression and the higher mean AgNOR count in young patients with gastric carcinoma than the aged patients indicate the gastric carcinoma cells in young patients may possess much stronger proliferation,invasion and metastasis abilities.更多还原
