【Abstract】 This paper introduces the technology of Windows Media, and describes how to designe the remote seminar using Windows Media. Stream media technology was widely applied along with Internet’s prevalence, which can used in Remote seminar, Streaming Video, Illustrated Audio, Pay by view. The Windows Media service will build in Windows 2000 server, and will affect the apllication and development of Internet.
