【Abstract】 The paper presents the concept of Intelligent Monitoring and Diagnostic System(IMDS) aiming at the integrated manufacturing environment and establishes the system’s macro integration architecture. In order to find out the system’s internal function mode and integration mechanism, the paper proposes to establish the generalized monitoring model and studies on the connotations of local monitoring model、coordinated monitoring model and integrated monitoring model.
