【摘要】 开展了以黄河淤泥砂为原料生产多孔砖的研究 ,分析了黄河淤泥砂的性能 ,介绍了黄河淤泥砂烧结多孔砖的研制和生产过程 ,对生产中的主要技术进行了探讨。指出利用黄河淤泥砂生产烧结多孔砖是完全可行的 ,技术关键是原料的有效陈化和均化 ;采用大功率双级真空挤出机和严格干燥制度有利于提高半成品强度 ,减少制品开裂更多还原

【Abstract】 The study on multiple-hole brick made from the Yellow River silt as raw material is carried out.This paper analyzes the property of the Yellow River silt, introdues the development and production process of sintered multiple-hole brick with the Yellow River silt and probes main techniques in production. The author points out that it is full feasible to use the Yellow River silt to produce sintered multiple-hole brick. The technology key is effective ageing and homogenisation of raw material. The great power double stages vacuum extruder and rigorous drying regulation advantage to increase strength of semifinished product and to decrease crack of product.更多还原
