【摘要】 用国产设备生产的水泥刨花板 ,存在着厚度公差偏大的缺陷。这除了与铺装设备质量有关外 ,还与板坯的铺装厚度和压制成型后的压缩比有关。通过对水泥刨花板压缩比的研究 ,得出对板坯压缩比的影响因素以及在不同条件下的压缩比值。并指出在生产工艺参数确定下 ,通过测定压缩比与调湿后板材的厚度收缩 ;控制板坯的铺装厚度 ,是减少板材厚度公差的有效措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Cemented ship board,made by homemade equipment,has a defect of excessive thickness tolerance owing to its laying equipment and laying quality,laying thickness of the board body,and compressibility of the body formed by pressing.By the way of studying the compressibility of cemented chip board,the effecting factors for the compressibility of board body and the shrinkage ratio on different conditions have been found out.On the condition of determined technical parameters, the effective measures,such as measuring compressibility,gauging shrinkage value of the board thickness after adjusted moisture and controlling laying thickness of board body may be decreased tolerance of the board thickness.更多还原
