【摘要】 目的 :观察比较老年期和老年前期脑卒中康复疗效及相关因素。方法 :10 1例脑卒中病人被分为老年前期组(49例 )和老年组 (5 2例 )进行康复治疗。结果 :老年组疗效低于老年前期组 ,有极显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,老年组治疗主动性、家人支持、文化与社会因素 4项指标水平低于老年前期组 ,复发率和并发症高于老年前期组 ,均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :脑卒中老年期较老年前期康复疗效相对较差 ,可能受临床、心理、社会因素影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the rehabilitation effect of senium(52 cases) and pre senium(49 cases) patients with cerebral accident and related factor.Methods:One hundred and one patients with cerebral accident were divided into senium and pre senium group,and similar rehabilitation therapy were conducted.Results:The rehabilitation effect of pre sunium was significntly excellent when compared with senium group( P <0 01).The level of therapeutic initiative,support of family member,culture and social condition were lower in senium group compared with per senium.Conclusion:Aforementioned 4 index are influence factor for rehabilitation effect of senium.
