【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年冠心病再发心脏事件的危险因素。方法 :观察 2 96例老年冠心病患者 2～ 7年 ,对其心脏再发事件发生情况及其危险因素和临床特征进行单因素和多因素分析。结果 :36例 (12 .16 % )患者发生心脏再发事件。有 9个临床危险因素可促使心脏再发事件显著增加 ,复杂心律失常、无痛性心肌缺血、左室肥厚、高血压、TC/ HDL- C≥ 4.3是再发心脏事件的独立预报因素。结论 :为改善老年冠心病患者的预后 ,对上述临床危险因素应予以足够的重视 ,并加以控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the risk factors of heart events reoccurrence (HER)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) Methods: 296 elderly patients with CHD were followed up for 2~7 years,HER and its risk factors,clinical property were analysed by univariate analysis and coxanalysis.Results: HRE happened in 36 cases(12 16%).There were 9 clinical factors which increased the risk of HER Complex ventricular arrhythmias,silent myocardial ischemia,left ventricular hypertrophy,hypertension and TC/HDL C≥4 3 were important independent forecasting factors of HRE Conclusion:To improve the prognosis of CHD in elderly patients,risk factors of HER above must be paid attention to and be controlled Author′s address Jining Medical College,Jining,272113更多还原
