【Abstract】 Objective:This investigation was to observe the effects of thoracic epidural block therapy in 12 patients with dilated cardiomypathy associated with severe heart failure.Methods:In order to decrease the severe heart failure of dilated cardiomypathy,the patients were treated by thoracic epidural block in 2~3 weeks.Results:Total efficient rate was 91 7%,Conclusion:It is likely to suggest that thoracic epidural block therapy may be more useful for the patients with dilated cardiomypathy associated with severe heart failure and it can be spreaded.
