【摘要】 目的 :探讨人白细胞 类抗原 (HL A )与病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)的相关性。方法 :用 HL A单克隆抗体以微量淋巴细胞毒性试验调查 32例福建地区 VMC患者 HL A- DR和 DQ位点共 2 0个特异性抗原频率 ,并与 43例本地区正常人加以对照。结果 :VMC病人与 HL A- DQ7(RR=7.6 0 0 ,PC=0 .0 0 2 )和 DQ2 (RR=0 .16 1,PC=0 .0 0 2 )抗原分别为显著正、负相关。结论 :VMC与 HL A 类抗原异常表达有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the correlation between human leukocyte antigen(HLA) classⅡ and viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods:Survey 20 special antigen frequency of site of HLA\|DR and DQ in 32 Fujian’s patients with VMC by lymphocytotoxicity testing with monoclone antibody of HLA.Results:There were positive correlation between VMC and HLA\|DQ7(RR=7 600,PC=0 002),and negative correlation between VMC and HLA\|DQ2(There were incremental tendency of antigen frequency of DR4(RR=5 21,EP=0 013),DR9(RR=3 300,EP=0 01),DQ4(RR=4 219,EP=0 007).Conclusion:There are correlation between VMC and abnormal expression of HLA classⅡ.
