非正弦空间载波条纹的计算机辅助分析

【摘要】 本文分析了条纹图像采集系统的抽样频率对于非正弦的载波条纹相位测量的影响,抽样频率相对于载波基频越大,频谱混迭带来的误差越小.本文提出了一种新的在空间整数域相位解调的算法:阶梯形虚光栅数字解调法,这种新的算法能够处理任意载波频率的条纹图,计算的速度快捷,而且能够达到空间实数域解调算法的精度。论文给出了计实验结果及与正交莫尔法的比较(QMM).

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the influence of sampling frequency of image processing systems on the phase-measurement errors of nonsinusoidal spatial carrier fringe pattern. A fast technique: stair-shaped virtual grating demodulation method is also ptoposed. It processes a fringe pattern in the integer signal domain by using demodulation and convolution techniques, and its spatial carrier is not limited to any particulat frequency. It is verified by computer simulations and experiments that this method is not only fast but also has almost the same accuracy as conventional apatial domain demodulation methods.
