日本血吸虫中国大陆株 26kDa基因重组蛋白(rSjc26GST)对宿主肝肉芽肿形成的影响
EFFECTS ON LIVER GRANULOMA IN MICE IMMUNIZED WITH rSjc26GST AFTER EXPERIMENTAL INFECTION WITH SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM
【摘要】 目的探讨日本血吸虫中国大陆株26kDa基因重组蛋白对宿主肝虫卵肉芽肿形成的影响。方法将 ICR雄性小鼠分成 2组,1组经 rSjc26GST免疫,另 1组为对照。免疫结束后第 5天,2组小鼠均感染日本血吸虫尾蚴 40条±1条/鼠,于 6周后剖杀,取肝组织进行观察。结果免疫组与对照组肝表面虫卵结节数分别为5.69±1.19和20.47±1.83,前者比后者减少72.20%;肝肉芽肿平均直径免疫组为 140.00 μm±38.24 μm,与对照组245.72 μm±32.73 μm相比,减少43.02%;同时免疫组小鼠体内特异性抗rSjc26GST抗体水平明显高于对照组。结论rSjc26GST对日本血吸虫具有明显的抗病效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anti-granuloma effect of recombinant Sjc26GST against Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Male ICR mice were immunized with rSjc26GST. Five days after final injection, mice of the immunization and control groups were challenged with 40±1 S. japonicum cercariae. All mice were sacrificed in the 6th week after challenge. Results The number of egg node in the surface of liver in immunized and control groups were 5. 69±1. 19 and 20. 47±1. 83 respectively. The former was decreased by 72. 20%. The mean granuloma size was decreased by 43. 02% with 140. 00±38. 24 in immunized group and 245. 72±32. 73 in control group. Furthermore, the level of anti-rSjc26GST antibody in immunized mice was significantly higher than that in control mice. Conclusion Immunization with rSjc26GST can provide a pronounced effect on antigranuloma formation of schistosomiasis japonica.
