木质素基环氧树脂合成及其表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Lignin Base Epoxy Resin
【摘要】 以一种木质素磺酸钙为原料 ,采用苯酚 -硫酸法对其进行酚化改性。酚化产物中不溶于水的部分在碱催化下用环氧氯丙烷环氧化 ,同时得到两种木质素基环氧树脂。文章采用红外光谱法、核磁共振谱等手段对得到的环氧树脂的结构加以表征 ,并根据表征结果分析其合成的机理。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a kind of calcium lignosulfonate was phenolated by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid.The water-undissolved part of the phenolated lignosulfonate was epoxidized by epichlorohydrin catalyzed by sodium hydroxide.Two kinds of lignin base epoxy resins were prepared in this way.Structures of the lignin base epoxy resins and their forming mechanisms were analyzed according to results of characterization by IR, 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR,and so on.
