【摘要】 合肥发电厂就湿排灰进行了 6 0 % (重量比 )以上高掺量粉煤灰的挤出成型、烧结性能的试验研究。结果表明加入垃圾废物和增塑剂可以提高混合料塑性性能 ,解决挤出成型难的问题 ;加入非金属矿尾砂和垃圾废物 ,可解决高掺量烧结粉煤灰砖强度低的问题 ,达到了国家标准规定的烧结砖强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper recommended the experimental study of extrusion and firing features of fly-ash bricks with high amount of fly-ash addition (>60% weight ratio). The fly-ash was the wet by product of electrical power station in Hefei. The result showed the addition of waste and plastivizer might raise the plasticity index of the mixture,and solve the problem of extrusion,and the addition of non-metalic tailing and refuse might solve the problem of low strength of high-amount addition fly-ash fired bricks.更多还原
