稀土对40Cr钢离子渗氮层结构的影响

【摘要】 利用 X射线衍射仪和透射电镜研究了稀土对 40 Cr钢离子渗氮化合物层结构的影响。结果表明 :与普通离子渗氮相比较 ,稀土催渗离子渗氮化合物层中 γ′相的相对含量多 ,且有稀土化合物 Ce Fe2 ;稀土催渗离子渗氮的 γ′相中存在着较多的位错环、层错和孪晶等晶体缺陷 ,稀土能促进晶体缺陷的形成。

【Abstract】 Effect of rare earth on the structure of plasma nitrided compound layer in 40Cr steel has been studied using X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope.The results show that the content of γ′ phase is more in the plasma nitrided compound layer catalyzed by rare earth than those in common plasma nitrided and there is rare earth compound CeFe 2 in the plasma nitrided compound layer catalyzed by rare earth;there are more dislocation loops ,stacking faults,twins and other crystal defects in the plasma nitrided compound layer catalyzed by rare earth than those in common plasma nitrided one,rare carth can promote formation of crystal defects.
